We(Me, Lars, Anneleise, Shekinah) have been learning about our flag and gathering information about the flag of New Zealand so we made a slideshow showing our information

Athletics

On Friday we done athletics,I competed in 60m, 100m, High jump, Relays, Long jump and Discus it was fun.
My personal favorite event I done was High jump because I got my OPB(Own Personal Best) which was 1 meter 20 center meter it was hard but at the same time fun!

Sailing

On Friday we went sailing and I went, It was fun. We got into groups and I was with my friend Cameron! here are some photos from Sailing.

The lighthouse

We have been doing a lighthouse story for literacy so I was going to post mine on so this is it!

“Woohoo!” the citizens shout “Oh come on… be quite” The owner of a lighthouse grumbled SLAM! The window goes “ahh peace and quiet...for once” whispered the owner of the lighthouse to himself! BANG “what was that” the owner of the lighthouse said nervously all the noise for the local town went silent the one citizen said “the lighthouse light just blew!” they all grumbled “wait a minute we could get our lanterns and go over and help him” one of the citizens said “sound like a plan” they all called!

Meanwhile at the lighthouse the owner of the lighthouse climbed stairs to look at what had happened he couldn't find anything he went to the top floor… no light that's strange luck I have my toolbox to fix it, let me just get the bulb protector out and we will be on our way CLUNK CLUNK “yay it's out now let's go!” Smash “oh no I tripped on my toolbox…” “wait there's light outside its the citizens here to save the day but there's still a while for them to go” -Turns around- “Oh no a boat ” *2 hours later* “hurry citizens the boats like 20 meters away from the rocks all on a sudden the citizens got in and directed the boat to land “How did you guys get in “don't wor…” “the door was open  

Pigeon and the walrus

“OMG!” said the pigeon“I bet you cant guess what I want… a walrus!”

“Just remember don't let the pigeon get a walrus.” said the owner.

“Don't listen to him” the pigeon explained “he doesn't want me to be happy.”

I strongly agree that the pigeon should get a walrus.

He won't be so lonely and he won't annoy the owner so he will be able to do his own thing while the pigeon is having fun with the walrus!

The walrus could take the pigeon and protect him from getting attacked and the walrus would scare a lot of people away!

The final reason is that the pigeon could take the walrus for a flight through the clouds(well maybe not that high but still) so that all the reasons!
