Charlesworth Reserve

Later on this term we are going to Charlesworth Reserve to plant some native plants... but before we go we have to do some research about this place and what plants are already there, plus what animal live there. Here is my presentation/research

Poetry

Lately in poetry we have been making our own poems and I made 2 haikus 1 was about a fly that loves pies and the other one was about NRL Latrell Mitchell and Will Chambers have a fight in a NRL game.

I picked to do NRL because I like league and Latrell Mitchell is my favourite NRL player.




To me poetry is a fun way to express yourself and overall I liked it.

Climate Change Questions



What is our greatest threat in thousands of years?
l
Too much floodings and overheating to the point where we are not able to live on earth.


How do we see climate change affecting the globe?
  1.  Overheating/ Heat Waves
  2.  Flooding
  3.  Sea Levels Rising
  4.  More And More Storms

What is needed to change history?
l
For us humans to get together and figure out a way to solve this problem because we made this a problem so we have to solve it.


Is climate change a man made disaster?

Why is our climate changing?
l
As the climate warms it is affecting us and we are not going to be able to live as humans.


What is causing the warming trend of the climate?

What is the main problem?

The heat and floodings are affects us and we are going to realise how much of a problem it is but it will be to late

Far to hot and the islands are going to be under the water if you don't do something soon and try to fix it.

Carbon Dioxide gets released into the air.

1.4 degrees fahrenheit hotter than it was in 1880

How is this affecting creatures / animals like bats?

drought, storms, heat waves, rising sea levels and others are affecting the homes of animals.

Higher elevations where temperatures are more conducive to their survival.

Overheating

Why did some industries not want to stop burning fossil fuels?

Because it releases bad gases into the air
