Lava Lamps

Today we made our own lava lamps, to make these you need.
-

• A clean 1 litre clear soft drink bottle

• 3/4 cup of water                   

• Vegetable oil

• Antacid tablets (such as Quick-Eze or Mylanta)

• Food colouring

We put water in the bottle that oil then 10 drops of food coloring.

7AL'S Hui

Today(Friday 22nd June) 7AL hosted a Hui for the year 7&8's in Hornby High School. At the start of it I felt excited but a little nervous. I had to perform a play for everyone. We done really good considering we only had a day to practice. After we finished I felt even more excited.

Science Kete

Lately we have been doing something called science kete. It is basically us using our brain to solve a variety of quizzes in order to pass. They were about flight, marble runs and experiments. In my group were Kody, Levi, Jeff, Tyler and I. I liked working with my friends while having fun doing Science.
