Passion Projects

Our Passion Project Plan

On Monday and Thursday this week we started a thing called Passion Projects for the year. I am in a group with TJ, Logan, Reige, Kalim, and Aiden and the most ugliest is Robbie.

This is what we have done so far!

Sport Tournament
Football skills for wonder kids
  • We’re going to teach primary students skills and improve their skills.
  • After we had done our training session we would have a tournament.

S.W.O.T  analysis

Strength
  • Most of us have good skills at football.
  • We all had teaching experience
  • We all had training
Weakness
  • Some people are late to school
  • Some people are bad at communicating
  • Most people don’t listen
Opportunities
  • Being role models
  • New friends
  • Building up the leadership
  • Learning new skills
Threats
  • Permissions
  • Other friends that aren’t in the group
  • Talking about other topics

 “Problem Solving”

                            - Get everyone attention .
Weakness Solutions
                            - Message each other on Social Media or Emails if your not coming.
                           - Remind them not to be late to school.
                           - If people aren't listening, tell them to listen or they are out of the group.
_____________________________________________________________________________

  • Write a letter to the principal to ask permission for the students training.
Threat Solutions
      - Talk to them about the work instead of talking about their weekends
      - Only talk about the work not other things.

  1. Hi Callum

I enjoyed reading about your Passion Project and I was interested to see who is working in your group, it sounds like you have a really great mix of students.

I do want to remind you that this is a public blog, so be really mindful of the words you are choosing to describe your group members.

I look forward to seeing your project in action, a course for football skills sounds really cool!

  2. Hi Callum I agree with Miss Birtch. You may want to edit the part of your blog about Robbie. Do you think that 'most people don't listen'? I would have thought that this was just a few students? I hope that your football skills go well and everyone enjoys themselves.
