Ways to be at ease

Have you ever been in a scenario where you are getting tense, angry and want to just lash out. Well I think most people have been there and alot of the time they have lashed out and there have been fights. Luckily there are ways to get around this... Here is a list of things you can do to put yourself to ease.


  • Deep breaths - When you take deep breaths, make sure to focus on your breathing and you will most likely forget about it.
  • Walk away - If you walk away the people wont get the reaction they were expecting and might not keep doing stuff you dont like.
  • Find a friend / adult - If you find someone you trust and tell them about it they will most likely tell you some ways to forget about it.
  • Activities to calm down - When you do something physical you can easily forget about what has happened but there are also things you can do that are mentaly fit.
  • Ignore it - If you ignore it they will think that you dont care and will probably move on to try annoy someone else
  • Say 'Thank you' - When you say something unexpected they will be caught off guard and will think you dont care.
  • Stop & count to ten - This can help you calm down and make you think about other things like hobbies.
  • SMILE! - If you smile they will be caught off guard and probably be a bit suprised because they wont think you are harmed at all.
