In the mornings we do an activity called Mindfulness. Now, you may be asking yourself what is Mindfulness? Well, Mindfulness is a way to relax and just take 10 minutes to use your senses. Some emotions you might be feeling when you do Mindfulness are -

Lazy
Ways to feel those emotions are -

Mindfulness is a really good idea for those who feel like each morning they need to relax.
I am a student at in Uru Mānuka. In 2020 I was a year 9 and in 2021 I will be a year 10. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. Investigating Solubility
Aim : To Investigate The Solubility Of Baking Soda And Salt And See What Disolves Faster.
Epuipments: A 250ml Beaker, 100ml Measuring Cylinder, Salt, Baking Soda, A Stirring Rod, A Teaspoon And A Ruler.
Hypothisis : I Think Baking Soda Will Dissolve Quicker.
Method -
1. Fill A Beaker With 80ml Of Water
2. Add A Level Teaspoon Of Baking Soda
3. Stir The Solution Untill All The Baking Soda Has Dissolved
4. Repeat Step 2 & 3 Untill No More Baking Soda With Dissolve
5. Record How Many Teaspoons Of Baking Soda Were Added
6. Repeat With The Salt
